Flexibility is the only thing but no personal life balance. This is 24/7 team with no incentives.
Cons
Huge politics you need to do so much boot polish to all the managers. Forget about talent, Hardwork and attitude. You need to be loyal to manager and satisfy his ego. Managers play with regional people so much regional feeling. A manger manged 2 teams and played so much politics with other regions and he was so successful in removing them. He himself doesn't know how to behave in the meeting rooms so much loose talk on others unprofessional attitude. Interesting thing is he can't speak good english neither can present good english on the PPT he share in the meetings so many spelling mistakes. Management as realized this after so long but by the time he had done enough damage to the team members. I escalated things to the top level management but nothing works all are binded together. An employee is the only sufferer at the end of the day. So cheap I felt bad and such a disgusting thing that I worked with such a company which doesn't have minimum ethics.
