Nothing except the brand name!

Cons

"heavy layoff in Bangalore office has already started and people are asked to leave" ---- Leadership is highly biased and lacks any vision, politically driven unhealthy environment.

Pros

Rolls Royce is like library. There lot of documents to read and improve your technical skills. work life balance is really good.

Cons

1. Salary RR india is well bellow the market. If you negotiate your salary while joining then it will be good. once you enter RR india you will not get good hike. It doesn't matter how much hard you work. You will not get good hike. RR India has one of worst HR policies. Some times GETs gets more salary than 8 to 10 year eexperienced guy. 2. IT equipment and facilities are one of the worst in industries. 3. process oriented company. Hence things move very slowly.

Pros

Rolls-Royce Bangalore has very few pros, which are the following. - A lot of learning opportunity - Readily available details/information - Brand Value - BMTC Bus Pass

Cons

- Lack of proper management - No transparency - Support services like HR/Export Control/ IT think like they are more superior - No decent HR policies - Compensation way below market standards, you feel like service companies are better - Worst Salary Structure, designed in such a way that your take-home salary is significantly less than your CTC - Tricks employees with the offer letter - Worst IT team - No Onsite opportunity - Data Engineers/ Scientist are given more preference in terms of the yearly hike, travel, and compensation. - No employee retention policy - The attrition rate is at the peak, management seems to not care about this - Yes Boss, Management Culture - HR, Managers doesn't even try to hear employee feedback - They will roll out a 1000 surveys but no action will be taken - No proper work, vision or forecast of work. - Leaders not ready to adopt the change or challenge higher management - No streamlined process - Lot of documentation, minute engineering work is the mantra - No support for employees to move to the global role - Counterparts in UK doesn't respond to queries - They say Rolls-Royce Bangalore is a sister concern but treat as a service provider. - No monetary benefits for awards - No encouragement to recognize peer to peer. - Unnecessary micro management
