Pros

I feel there are no pros left. It will be your biggest mistake of life if you join STSI Centre.

Cons

In my experience, the work culture was very toxic, with a lot of internal politics. Career growth and promotions felt unnecessarily difficult, and there was an expectation to say yes to everything management asked instead of encouraging open discussion. If you are serious about building a strong technical career, this may not be the right place. I felt my technical skills stagnated during my time here. My experience at the STSI Centre was particularly disappointing, and I personally regret joining. Another issue was compensation. I found that some newer hires were earning significantly more than existing employees in similar roles, which created a sense of unfairness. From what I observed, many new joiners tended to leave within 2–3 years, while a number of long-tenured employees remained despite the challenging work environment. Overall, I would encourage candidates to carefully evaluate the team, career growth opportunities, technical work, and compensation before accepting an offer.

Pros

They give free lunch. But its not very good. They should rather compensate monetarily. The total comp/employee budget is going into rather trash food.

Cons

Redundant Tech Stacks, Career Suicide
