Pros

- Great benefits including 5000 for health and dental - You can learn about various products and you'll be the ones given a KT of how to treat the tickets every time a new update is coming - You can do unlimited number of certifications - You can do great networking if you're into it

Cons

- If you're not working in the AMER hours, the payslip might not look that big - You would definitely feel that you'd have chosen a developer job rather than this - As like every support job I assume, It's kind of Stressful to close the cases which would make you to force to pick easy cases rather than something about you'd wanna learn
