Pros

I would say there are no PROS. I joined in Pune, India and working onsite now at Illinois. Since i have worked on both corners of the organization onsite and offshore , I can firmly say that the management is not good at all. Do not fall the salary they offer at Pune, India. I did the same mistake and i am now not able to switch my Job.

Cons

- Pune Management is hopeless - People working at Reliance as store Managers are IT directors at Sears Pune. - HR Policies are no good. Except the money but other than that you will suffer the politics, discrimination if you are not from Maharashtra. -Hiring process is not good, they hire all people as Tech Leads and Technologists, hence no growth for like next 10yrs. Growth policy is not good. -Do not join Sears India (Pune) , there is nothing you can learn except shouting at the management.

Higher management Dose not know ground level reality , Team lead and manager has rude behavior , only MP people get good treatment , lots of internal politics and lobbing , Managers and team leads are not qualified , overall bad culture and only lobbing and butter culture in Sears

Cons

NO Training, No Care for employee, Unproffessional ways to get work done, POLITICS.. Some real bad people hired to make this place a devil's nest. Unhealthy work practices have started.
