1. All of the pros comes at the expense of your own personal time, there are no boundaries for when the communications are done. 2. Pay is less, I mean really less, I felt there was favouritism for tech employees when it came to pay, it felt like there was no increment structure for non tech employees or it was really really slow. 3. Workload is a lot due to unclear processes, there was a lot of chaos at times. 4. Work-life balance goes for a toss 5. Overtime is not paid for.
