Pros

Cant able to think about anything positive here.

Cons

1) 3 Months non negotiable notice period. (Taking leave in notice period will postpone your relieving date) 2) Zero planning from the management. (Sunday night 10pm u will get information monday is leave, U have to come to company sometimes and u will get known, its a holiday) 3) No punching system. So no one knows how many hours u worked. No OT or comp off policy from bottom level to mid level. 4) If ur managers tells you to come to office on leave days, you have to come. Should not ask coff or OT. 5) No standards of process 6) No confirmation of trainees 7) Ur boss can shout at you with all the foul languages he wants. Noone will question him. U will not have a forum to raise your issues. If you rise it, u will changed from your core job Many more points is there. I dont want waste my time reviewing about this company. If u r called for an interview, Pls block that number.

Pros

No pros for this company, its failing both in business way and employee retention way. only great by name, outcome wise 0, if i could give a negative rating i would have.

Cons

1) The management is very unstable, they dont kow how many people to hire which team is short staffed etc. Not good pay according to market standards but they expect you to extend your working hours to meet business needs. 2) You may be removed even after hiring saying there is a budget issue and we cant afford to pay you, then why the hell hire in first place. 3) Earlier the company had a 70:30 WFH:WFO schedule that compensated & helped for a lot of things but now that is being removed. 4) They promise different things during hiring and do things differently after hiring cause they know the employee is stuck with the company having no solution, they will simply ask you to resign if you fail to accept the modified terms & conditions. This i am saying with personal experience. 5) If you are fine to risk your personal space, less pay & lot of work pressure with unstable management who can throw u any time & if you have no issues with ever changing T&C of company you are welcome to join the great STELLANTIS.
