Work culture is Extremely Toxic (Let me explain a bit: They force you to work more than daily working hours (more than 10-11 hours) and then you are supposed or forced to work on weekends also, not one or two weekends, but mostly all of them. If you refuse sometime they treat you like you have done something illegal, and if you are lucky enough, you might get threats from very high level management that they will throw you out, also will destroy your career). I definitely salute to the people who are still tolerating those things and working there. If you don’t need any personal life satisfaction or want to study how toxic a workplace could be, joint there in PV department. There was not a single day when i was well mentally while working there. Don’t believe me, just Go and ask anyone working there.

You will be treated as a slave. You will be shouted and hurled comments. You will be expected to work 24x7 and reminded constantly that this is why the company is paying. Toxic work culture.
