Pros

No pros whatsoever for these beggars. Compelled to rate 1 star . They don't even deserve this

Cons

There would be 4 rounds of interview.4 idiots including the hr, so called idiot manager, another bigger idiot and finally the dumb hr would conduct rounds. After all the grilling and wastage of your time and efforts you will tell this beggars your salary expectations and they will say ok send all the documents. After you send all your documents that's when these beggars come to their originality. The hr whose name is Raju Burman who will call you hundred times at the time of the interview will stop receiving your calls and will see your texts on whatsApp but won't respond. After you keep asking and calling he will say will let you know in 5 days. After another 5 days he will ask you to wait for 4 hours. After n number of hours post continuous asking they will Say the position has gone on hold

Pros

Actual Pros: - Top level management (including the CEO) help build inclusivity by opting to have lunch in the same cafeteria as the rest of the company. - Everyone throughout the hierarchy is quite approachable. - You learn to deal with all kinds of corporate politics and difficult people right from your early career. - Because the environment is so chaotic, you get to work on a variety of different projects and new technologies. Cons disguised as Pros: - They give you health insurance, but parents are not included and you have to pay extra for it. - They inflate your CTC by including gratuity in it to make the number look better. - Parking is available, but you have to pay for it. - They allow one day of WFH, but it can never be a Monday or a Friday. - They throw a good party on Diwali, but do not expect anything else. Not even a box of sweets.

Cons

- Management has absolutely zero interest in your personal career growth. They will go out of their way to prevent you from building any specialization or niche so that you always remain replaceable for them. - The only career path available is from entry level to senior and that too if you are willing to work on multiple weekends without complaints and not expect anything in return, - The working environment is ridiculously unstructured and chaotic. Projects are given with unclear requirements and almost no visibility. Their success will never be attributed to you but their failures almost always will. - The performance appraisal process is an absolute joke. You get one feedback session a year that too after your grade and hike has already been decided. There is no chance to actually discuss your performance or goals and they will end up grading you on KPIs you were not even in control of.
