HR too much inclined towards Business and no decision is in favor of Employees No Training and Growth No Retention Policies Too much politics and favoritism Incompetent Management tarnishing the Brand TE in India The Global TE does not care or value much of Indian operation, so none of best practices are applied here You can join only for short duration (1- 3 years), not to make career here as the culture does not support hard workers but supports bosses favorites.
