You need to have good "special spoon" skills (i.e.flattery and buttering up superiors) to get a good position and salary. Central Purchase & Central Sales: Stay away from both departments. Job roles are consultative without proper support, resulting in the highest attrition rate, thanks to the leadership. All TACO business units operate on a build-to-print concept with no technology innovation. The "supply chain division" functions as a trading unit with Zero Value addition, purchasing from local vendors and selling globally. There is no control over local vendors, and they often stop supplies. The attrition rate is very high. (Employee +Vendor) TACO HR, both at the corporate office and business unit level, act merely as puppets for other teams.
