      Great teams to work with

      Pros

      The company has evolved from a departmental silo-challenged environment to taking the concept of one-team-one-goal of deploying implementations with a more collaborative ethic. One of the benefits from covid. Company favors "keeping you in the family" if you care to move to other roles in other departments. Management very accessible when escalation is needed to help resolve barriers /issues. Also very customer-success driven.

      Cons

      Still struggles with salary competitiveness with the market. The long interview process excessive.
