Pros

1. Daily travel allowance, 2. Freedom of taking your own decisions, 3. Free breakfast and lunch (and evening snacks and dinner if you're staying back), 4. Free bus transport from home to the office with many shuttles going around the city almost every hour or two, 5. Work from home facility, 6. Flat hierarchy - no bossing around (your opinions are heard too), 7. You're not bound to the duties of just your job title but will also get to explore other responsibilities and even chose to switch jobs within the company after a certain time.

Cons

These do not apply to all departments: 1. The technical learning curve is slower. 2. You're meant to follow working guidelines given to you blindly by the head office. 3. A slow work pace as things needs to get through defined processes (which is true for all big companies), go for a start-up instead if you like fast-paced environments. You could take up more responsibilities here and make your work life fast-paced but that'll eventually make you feel bad when others are taking their own time to do things. 4. Induction process needs a huge improvement 5. People will stop respecting you the moment they hear you're a fresher until eventually when they get to know you more and appreciate you for who you are. Don't let people know that you're a fresher else your learning curve will slow further down.

Pros

You need to sound Technically much better than other engineers, It not everyone's cup of tea to Join Tetra Pak and cracks it's state of the Art interview process. !!! 1. Handy with some new technologies and tools. 2. Good exposure on online tools and SAP. 3. Good travel allowance and (Fake but) respect at customer site. 4. Employee facilities and HR policies.( That too in favor of clerical staff not for Technical staff.) 5. If you are less experienced and UM-MARRIED , then only join as FSE. No work life balance at all. but yes for this you get paid. (Pros+ Cons)

Cons

1.Big Camouflage for Technical Service. 2.NO VERTICAL Growth. (NO chance at all as current management are never going to resign next at least 15-20 years (till 2030 )as they have heavily paid for nothing. 2. If you are less experienced and UM-MARRIED , then only join as FSE. No work life balance at all. but yes for this you get paid. 3. Travelling like HELL, almost 24/7*365. 4. If your job nature have NO travelling, then blindly GO for Tetra. Much better than Government employment.
