Pros

1. Great Place to Work on Cutting Edge Technologies 2. Work- Life Balance is Good 3. Intelligent colleagues, so lot to learn

Cons

1. Job Security is very less. My friend who worked really hard for his team for 2 years was fired from TI because his department couldn't sell team's product. So, the whole team was fired because they couldn't compete with customer. They weren't given the option to relocate to other teams 2. HR's are not favorable when department decides to cost Cut. They wouldn't allow you to relocate to other teams. 3. I wouldn't advice anyone to join Texas Instruments. This is because, in initial parts of career like for 1-10 years job security won't matter. But after 10 years, Job security is a must in which Texas Instruments is quite bad

Pros

1. High quality people 2. Supportive seniors 3. Open to new ideas, new learnings and initiative. 4.Lesser office politics and limited favouritism. Appraisals and growth are purely on Merit basis. 5. Competent pay package as per industry standards. 6. 20% bonus on your yearly fixed income year on year for last 4years.

Cons

1. Hierarchical growth can be slow as most people don't prefer to leave TI. So higher positions are saturated
