Only one, you get salary on time that's it.

Cons

If you don't want social life, personal life, would like to be in prison like environment then here it is... Thomson Digital. Worst management, treats employee like they are nothing but their slaves. You don't have any right to speak here even if you are saying right. If you speak you will get fired. They have no good projects, no career growth, no good increment.

Pros

Tea was served twice daily. Tea was being prepared in the same pots in which the staff cooked food for the managers. So oil and smell from the food was freely available with the tea. Where else in India do you get dal-flavored and curry-flavored tea. The tea culture might have changed now. It serves as a training institute for copy editors.

Cons

It is one of the worst companies to work with. Employees are treated as bonded laborer. There are instances of people being fired for (i) talking to colleagues, (ii) laughing, (iii) showing the manager the right way to do a work. The management is too rude. Never join there as a proof reader or pre-editor. Else your career will be finished.

I would like to give 0 rating, unfortunately there is no option for that. I worked here for 1 year . 1. You can go outside building for one hour in Lunch and then in the evening when office hours complete, no one is allowed to leave the building in between, because they close there main Gate . 2. Bell rings like school at the time of lunch and at end of the day, it gives you a feeling like you are working in a mill. 3. Stupid and manner less management. 4. G.M and E.D both are most manner less persons I have ever seen in corporate. 5. E.D shouts on employees in front of every one, he think of himself like he is a king and everyone else are slave. If you are joining this organization be ready for insults, manner less behavior from management, and say by-by to your freedom.
