Please don't join this company as there is no job security. They can throw people out overnight. Frequent layoffs. Company is not doing good.

There is a lot of politics here and all created by the upper management. The Upper management behave as if they own the employees and treat them like slaves(Yes, they do). Do not go by the good reviews written here, these were either written by the hiring team or the hiring team forced the freshers/interns to write the same. Unfortunately for us the HR team here are lazy, hardly even come to work. When an issue is raised to them, they don't bother doing anything as they want to be in the"good books" of the upper management. The leadership believes in micromanagement and have no idea about the actual work. They hire their own people. TiVo Bangalore- One of the most unethical places to work with.
