I don't have anything to post as I never worked for any project.

Cons

I got selected into this marketplace after lot of hardships, because their screening process is one of the very toughest to cross the line. After getting into the Marketplace, its been 6+ months and I haven't had any call from customers or response to my requests to any job postings at all.

One of the worst platforms. Interview is conducted so aggressively as if there ample opportunities but once in the marketplace for job , there are no opportunities , no real and genuine efforts to place candidates. It is very very disappointing to be part of this kind of platforms that claims so much but in reality there is nothing inside.
