Toxic Work Culture, Poor Leadership, and No Work-Life Balance

Honestly, there are very few positives to mention. This has been one of the most disappointing workplaces I have experienced. Work-life balance is practically non-existent, employees are routinely expected to stay late, and management shows little concern for employee well-being. Morale across teams is extremely low, and many employees appear frustrated and disengaged. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to thoroughly research employee experiences before accepting an offer.

Long working hours are normalized, often extending well beyond official office timings.Career growth is unclear, decision-making is poor, and the overall work culture creates unnecessary stress and burnout. everyone in this company is looking for job they give interview sitting in the office.
