Pros
1) Your salary and position can go asap in the company but only possible when u put ur efforts and strength 100% 2) your salary can boom in any month i mean it can hike asap tbh 3) incentive are high
Cons
1) if targets aren't completed the seniors and the Sm and TL they throw 1000 pressure words on you 2) The TL doesn't wants to waste ur single seconda of time on watching phone and drinking coffee/ Tea ,if u go to cafeteria then the TL he/ she ask why did you go to cafeteria you would ask permission to me ikuk even a TL are having a lots of pressure 3) when targets aren't completed u should come on Sundays also
