1. Work environment is worst. Completed polluted environment because of higher management. Technial managers are good with lower level but they don't have any power in this company, they are also treated as same as normal developer or tester. 2. Leave no way, You are treated as an army person who should always ready for the war with client and in case you are sick or hospitalised then please carry your weapon(laptop) along with you, So your project delivery doesn't get affected. 3. Higher management interference in each task. They scream on you all the times and mostly uses abusive words. 4. No Cafetaria 5. They order to go any location, you can say no only if you are pregnant, no options for male employees. 6. 24x7x366(leap year included),Saturday/Sunday are working always including Holi/Diwali/Lohri holidays. 15th aug/26 jan are also unofficially working. 7. Higher management generally drops email in night between to 1-5AM and expect reply at that time itself, In case if you haven't replied then they will call at same time(1-5 AM and it's my personal experience.) 8. Higher management catch you even in bathroom and ask for project status. 9. Office boys are the best employees for higher management. 10. Easy to get IN but it's tough to get out, 3 month notice periods and if you want urgent relieving then forget everything and try to spoil work environment. This is the only way to get urgent relieving otherwise serve full notice period. 11. I have worked on all VVDN locations and please find out the below ratings based over work environment, Pune- no office only a myth using clients infrastructure Kochi - Bad Chennai- Worst Bengalore - Extremely Worst Gurgaon - Dont have words to define

It's been more than 5 years since I am working with this company and I have given everything to it whenever is required. Honestly, companies don't care about you, and this one is on top of that list. A huge political environment and the management is pathetic, they are literally a bunch of illiterates, especially, Bhupendra Saharan (Bhupi), I don't know how they managed to come this far. Now, when every other tech company is setting an example by comforting their employees in this pandemic time by giving them benefits as they can work from anywhere, and many other companies already published a notice to WFH till March'21. But, in VVDN, the scenario is completely different, these guys will FORCE you to come to the office, their HR team will run after your life till you join back office. They have a very big number of COVID +ve cases and they don't even let the other employees know about it. They must be bribing the Police. If you don't come to the office, they will harras you by cutting your salary and by other means without telling you the reason. They are playing with the labor law by doing the same. At last, the positive reviews you are viewing are published by their management to deceive you.
