      - Every day is a new learning lesson at varologic which makes your career bright in longer run - Vision of management drives the company and every member is well focused on goal - Each individual is given at most importance and motivation to do their best at work - Very friendly and loving atmosphere, music is played on the floor keep environment very light. - Enough training is given about work culture and project before starting work.

      Cons

      - If you are well disciplined ,focused and willing to make career then there are no cons. But if you donot have goals , or if you are not focused , not ready to take challenges then this is not the company for you. Management and Technical team is so strong to spot such members in no time and you cannot survive long unless your improve.
