Pros

Good company with values. Growing fast due to India expansion

Cons

1. People from big MNCs find it shocking to see HR team members behaviour who has no clue about market trends 2. HR team is arrogant, with full of attitude and not knowledge enough to address employee issues and lack required skillset 3. HR lead not open for feedback and to make changes or at least to evaluate the feedback received 4. Pathetic or no onboarding of new joinee, you will be shocked on very 1st day to experience this. 5. No much tax saving options, like Super Annuation, car lease/maintenance, food coupon, periodicals, work from home set up, child education support etc.. 6. Has recently introduced NPS with no flexibility

Pros

> Average salary hike as per industrial standards > good food > good benefits (insurance , food , cab , internet allowance , mobile bill allowance) > supportive team

Cons

> Management decisions kept hidden from other employees. there was a split happened in company and sudden move from Victoria's secret to Accenture. Employees were forcefully pushed to join Accenture > some people from business are quite noisy but that is manageable because some are very much understanding > the structure is flat and no frequent promotions, you need to wait for min 4 years to get the promotion > no onsite opportunities post covid

Pros

- Good Work Life Balance - Learning Environment

Cons

- 12 months salary is divided into 13 months and in the 12 month they will give double salary basically which you are getting every month. It will be just to hold employees for a year.
