The experience at this company was so detrimental to my well-being and professional growth that I made the difficult decision to quit, even without having another opportunity lined up. It was a decision I made wholeheartedly to prioritize my own mental and emotional health. I witnessed a toxic work culture that was dominated by a rude and unprofessional CEO. This individual frequently belittled and berated employees, creating a hostile and stressful working environment. I always felt overworked and undervalued, with no recognition for the long hours and hard work put in. The company claims to have a good work-life balance but in reality, it was non-existent, employees are expected to work unreasonable hours without any compensation. I would not recommend this company as a place to work, and I urge anyone considering employment here to think carefully about the toxic and unprofessional culture that exists at the top levels of management.

1. There is no structure especially for the India team. Expectations are not communicated well 2. Don’t dare to stand up for yourself or you will be forced to leave the company 3. Toxic work environment and basically a scam. They reel u in by showing the amazing work culture and supportive environment but none of that is true. You realise all this pretty early on 4. HR is not good here. No empathy or sympathy for anyone. They are like robots 5. Save urself and go for a lesser salary than invest your energy into this. It will take away your spirit and love for your work
