New office building in pipeline. Current one doesn't even have proper air conditioning and washrooms.
Cons
-Don't go by the fake reviews posted on this site. That is being done specifically to bring the average rating up. Recently company policies where changed to make Notice period 3 months(even during probation). And they added a bond of 2 years for employees traveling onsite even for a month. The Notice period is a noose around the neck, which will slowly kill the employee's will to work. - Work timings are 9 hrs by Law. 7 hrs mandatory or half day. - They don't pay much. Hikes are very less. -The management doesn't care about the employees at all. They keep things secretive as if we work for some defense organization. -The HR is worthless, they are not available . If you have issues they say they don't have time. But act like gods. They make policies which will benefit them. -HR rolls out offer with a salary much lower than expected but doesn't think of calling once to discuss things. If you do they don't pick. -People are unhappy and thats a regular discussion on the floor, but there is no one who can help. - 10 years behind on Technologies.
