      Pros

      I would have given some pros. But they gave me reason to come here and write against them

      Cons

      They dont specify about the assessment they will give at the time of interview. After hiring you they do all documentations. They do unorganized training and while assessment ask you questions from no where during a mock call test. And come up with a result with pass and fail. My other better job opportunities went on toss coz i thought i am into job. They dont give a second chance as well. Never experienced such a company in my professional experience

      Wakefit is not mind fit. A company is made of people. from the very first week people@wakefit made me struggle with : Bullying at workplace Clique at workplace causing mental harassment. Non-cooperative team. Showing no remorse. Manager Hesitating to even have 1:1, Manager not responding to email or meeting, And not showing up or declining meetings. Uninformed Salary cut in the very first month . Biased manager who takes everything on ego. Manager first agreeing about team culture and then showing uncertainty. Continuously struggling with my Managers Authority with HR. If you want to save your career run away. Take the offer and never look back. All positive reviews are fake.
