      Good infrastructure, modern amenities,friendly CEO,easy to get employed with

      Will hire you for some role and will make you do some other in the name of checking your potential.After a small time will even fire the highest performer.Reason unknown.Company is having good funds,so will give you big money but is likely to ruin your profile and growth. Go only if you are looking for good infra and timepass and not a good profile.

      Pros

      I love my job at whitehat! They're nice and helpful and they give you the opportunity to grow! This is my third month with them and as an Instructor I have no issues..this job is way better than working for a MNC company...

      I just wish they pay every month end and not 5th of the month but thats just a small issue

      Offer Letter Will be released immediately once you Clear all the Rounds of interview. You will be asked to join immediately They will give you a product training in only 2 days From day 3, your target Vs Achievement metrics start

      They strictly work on Hire and Fire model. You can be sacked in the very first week if not achieved Targets No job security. Disrespectful work culture. Money is the only driving force with no human values. Long work hours. Average 12-14 hours everyday. Sat-Sun working 12 mandatory. Biased Management. Even the HR is not supportive endorses long working hours Work like a “Literate Labourer” in the name of white collar job. Above information are true as per my personal experience The job of sales manager is as good as call centre employees You become a robotic parrot and loose all your management skills
