      Pros

      Its a huge organization with so many opportunities, roles & technology. Internal training's are great and you have lots of options to increase your knowledge.

      Cons

      Sometimes you are lost in the crowd, keep going back & forth. For anything & everything have to go thru number of steps & lengthy internal processes.
