Upper management expect too much with no idea how to help. Too many useless people in positions of power. When times are tough they just yell and scream instead of give advice. Put staff under too much stress so high staff turnover and retraining. Middle managers are mostly good but any higher are absolutely useless narcissists. Nothing changes even if passed up the chain and takes forever to get pricing to a customer when outside structure. Not a dynamic quick company like it's competitors. Upper managers don't care about reps and hence the high turnover. Can be a stressful environment when things aren't going well.
