Pros
- relatively welcoming people as long as you work countless hours like a slave. - regular sessions for skill development to learn new technologies. but the technology is imposed on you and you will be bothered by the seniors if you don't learn what they ask you to. - opportunity to train and mentor juniors. but no recognition will be given. still it is a great opportunity. - good variety of projects as long as your client is decent.
Cons
- bond. I had a CTC of 2.5LPA & bond of 1 lakh if I left the company earlier than 2 years. they take signed cheque from you before you join so there is no way for you to escape. - the senior management can get extremely rude if you don't follow their will obediently.. even if it is to your detriment. - if your client is bad, you are pretty much doomed. - the increase in compensation is not enough. plus you will find out that your juniors are getting more pay than you but they will not give you a raise unless you threaten to resign.
