Pros

The projects are pretty huge which will definitely help you level up if you are lucky enough to get work for which you were hired for.

Cons

I joined their company for backend, they started giving me frontend and one day they misbehaved with me for doing under-performing work. The managers were software engineers of this company, I guess being promoted to managers made them egoistic. This company is most of managers's first company, hence they don't have people skills and they don't exactly know how it works to work with diverse team and handle a team. They don't even behave like humans, you'll always be depressed blaming yourself why you joined such company. They treat you like a slave and expect things to get delivered in very less time. To sum up things, they don't have any values, the positive reviews on glassdoor are completely fake since they wanted to hire good talent. If you're an experienced guy,

Pros

Only flexible compensation in CTC Stock options Dont join this company unless, you're ready to work as slave to your junior & collaborate with manager is as good as dead.

Cons

A lot let me share them one-by-one 1) When company started few initial employee joined, they became manager without any management skills [very problematic] 2) The technology stack asked in the interview is different & technology stack you will be working has no senses 3) Your junior will monitor your for first 3 months, you have to work according to him, the manager won't be connected/talking to you in this interim, manager is as good as dead. 4) If this junior don't like you, he will make sure to put you in PIP & give bad rating, so that you'll be fired. 5) All of a sudden the manager is back to life to fire you. 6) The company will not give you second chance or help you train or atleast give some time to skillup or change the team, just will fire you. 7) BTW this junior, previous have been put in PIP & he should have done boot-licking to get this job back. 8) The head HR says, "when ever new employee joins, he is expected to start firing in all the directions", come on this is non-sense,

Only pro is remote work

Cons

Leadership is broken, only those who joined 5-6 years ago are the Directors and Managers here. Blame game, and full on politics. You will get promotion and good hike even without doing anything if you bootlick your manager or you're a South Indian. For rest even if you work 24*7 you will still gets layoff if you aren't in good books of your manager. Most of the 5 star reviews has been asked to write by these Management. This company has come up this much with Founders but their Engineering is so broken.
