Pros

Knowledgeless managers: If you are obedient to them, you won't have to do any work.

Cons

No trust within the organization. Uncertainty about the company's future in India, with a high risk of sudden layoffs. Immature management practices. Employees are required to work 24 hours, violating labor laws. No benefits for employees. Original hard-working employees have left due to management's immature behavior. Only those who obey management, even if they do no work, can survive here. Struggles to onboard new talent, with some candidates using the offer as leverage for counter offers. Constant pressure on the HR department.
