This year, we launched the first edition of our Wings of Wonder programme. Over 5 days, 17 girls aged 11 to 15 had the opportunity to explore our company through presentations and games related to our 3 departments : Engineering, IM and Customer Service. They also got the opportunity to discover our Innovation and Training Centre and interact with our partners IISc, R.V. College of Engineering and Christel House. The objective of this experience is to spark intellectual curiosity in girls and encourage them to pursue studies and careers in STEAM, while also providing an immersive experience for them.
