This week is International Women's Day, and we uplift our women with dedicated programs, flexible family support options, career mobility, and more. WomenAtBCG is our employee resource group that provides mentorship and development, like the external women's accelerator program where Kelly connected with peers to network and grow leadership skills. After her maternity leave, Kelly was ready to try a different role. She had support from her manager to change teams and try something new. Ambition is admirable, so when you want to look into other career paths, you won't have to leave BCG to do it. We'll embrace equity and work together to make it happen.
