To celebrate International Women’s Day, we brought together leaders and allies for a panel discussion exploring insights from the Capgemini Research Institute’s work on women’s leadership. The discussion explored how organizations can strengthen leadership pipelines by promoting continuous upskilling, challenging stereotypes around technology and AI, and fostering cultures where every voice is valued.
