Great leadership journeys often begin with curiosity and the courage to step into the unknown. We’re delighted to welcome the Chrysalis Summer Interns 2026 to our teams. Representing the top management institutes across India, this cohort brings fresh ideas, diverse perspectives, and a strong appetite to learn. Since 2011, Chrysalis, our flagship B-school program, has been designed to nurture the next generation of management leaders. Through immersive internships and business exposure, the program gives its students an early look into how innovation, collaboration, and leadership come together. We’re excited for the conversations, collaborations, and possibilities this summer will bring as we keep turning potential into real progress.
Every girl deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and shape her own future. Through our flagship program, Enlight, we turn this belief into action by enabling access to education, life skills, and new opportunities for girls from marginalized communities. In the 10 years of this program, we have supported 2,500+ girls directly, improved academic outcomes, increased enrolment and retention to 90–95%, and expanded across 14 cities, positively influencing 50,000+ people through education, life skills, and holistic development. Celebrated in the presence of Sarika Naik, Sanjay Chalke, Allen Gilbert, Anurag Pratap, Lucie Taurines, Sajad Abdul and other leaders, the milestone recognized the collective efforts of our teams, partners, volunteers, and communities who continue to shape this journey. Together, we look ahead to expanding opportunity and creating more inclusive futures for girls across India.
Progress feels real when processes improve and people experience the difference. We are proud to have received First Prize from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development for “Excellence in Compliance with Employee Delight: An HR Journey.” This recognition celebrates how we strengthened automation while bringing teams together through a BOT-enabled First-Time-Right approach. The result is stronger compliance and a smoother experience for our people. Congratulations to our teams that made this possible
Inclusive leadership grows through learning, dialogue, and action. To celebrate International Women’s Day, we brought together leaders and allies for a panel discussion exploring insights from the Capgemini Research Institute’s work on women’s leadership. The discussion explored how organizations can strengthen leadership pipelines by promoting continuous upskilling, challenging stereotypes around technology and AI, and fostering cultures where every voice is valued. As we celebrate 40% women in our workforce, these conversations reinforce our commitment to creating pathways for women to lead, innovate, and grow.
