Last month, we announced that Citco Ireland has retained its certification as a Great Place to Work for the third year running. This month, we are delighted to announce that Citco Ireland has also made Great Place to Work’s ‘Best Workplaces’ list for the first time. Throughout the past year, we have seen significant investments in Citco, particularly within our leadership development space and staff communications whereby we have focused on more regular communications from our leadership team to employees, which we hope will continue to connect our offices globally. We know this is an ongoing journey and vow to our employees that engagement will continue to be a main focus for Citco. Action plans will be developed to ensure we are continuing to build on what has improved and continue our efforts thus far; and commit to providing updates on a regular basis throughout the year to our staff. Inclusion in the ‘Best Workplaces’ listing is a huge achievement considering the continued challenges of 2021. Thank you to our staff at Citco Ireland for their participation in the survey.
