Here's Shreya Peddi highlighting the unique aspects that make life at Epsilon so special. "At Epsilon, I am part of a team that is responsible for creating and maintaining a centralized data integration platform. I work on both its backend and frontend aspects by developing APIs and writing tests. My internship here was a great learning experience, aided by a bootcamp and several training sessions. The buddy system, in which a teammate is assigned to you as a mentor, helped immensely, ensuring that my experience wasn’t overwhelming. In my time here, I’ve repeatedly witnessed the massive role that collaboration and teamwork play in problem-solving. This has been eye-opening as it’s a shift from the more individual-focused approach we see in educational settings. Staying in contact with your mentor is encouraged, and it also ensures that your perspective isn’t confined to just your own ideas..." Read more.

Aniruddh Acharya shares his journey of growth and endless learnings as a new grad at Epsilon. “I am part of the Audience Management System (AMS) team. My role involves creating requested functionality or squashing bugs in the application, automating testing, and verifying details for seamless functioning of the web application. My internship experience at Epsilon enabled me to come out of my comfort zone. My buddy and managers (yes, I had two of them) supported me at every step. My public speaking skills improved, which boosted my confidence. One of my most memorable internship moments was when six of us were asked to perform at a quarterly connect and I decided that I would beatbox. We first read out dad jokes, which surprisingly got us laughs. My beatboxing too drew positive responses and made me realize not to keep our talents hidden. The initial trainings firmly established the fundamentals of my work, work ethics and how to fit into a corporate culture. Although I use the word ‘corporate’, the culture at Epsilon is very friendly and approachable, while also being professional. It puts that extra effort in making sure that employees feel cared for. There’s a clear emphasis on work-life balance. Apart from doing the work I like, I am also able to pursue hobbies and interests outside of it. The endless learning opportunities and the freedom to choose to work on what you like is what I love the most about Epsilon.” #EpsilonGradLife #LifeAtEpsilon
