Closing the curtains on 2021 with a double bang! A big shoutout to our Flex Family in Penang and Johor for snagging two prestigious awards: 1. HR Excellence Awards 2021: Flex clinched the Gold Award for its diversity and inclusion efforts. 2. Sustainability & CSR Malaysia Awards: Flex won this award for the third consecutive year thanks to its efforts in empowering people with disabilities (PwD), establishing continuous learning programs and spearheading community initiatives, among others. These awards are a testament to Flex’s ongoing endeavor to deliver a diverse mix of projects centering around our 3 key pillars of sustainability strategy: Environmental Sustainability, Social Responsibility, and Governance. Three remarkable female colleagues have recently shared their inspiring and touching stories . • Regina Mary from Flex PTP shared a deeply touching story on how she battled stage-3 cancer while at the same time, coping with the tragic death of her eldest son. Regina also revealed how Flex supported her through her darkest hour in life – thanks to her colleagues and manager who encouraged, motivated and empowered her. Today, Regina has emerged stronger than before and has even taken on a new role in the IT department. • Roshadiyantie Binti Mohd from Flex Senai spoke about career growth opportunities at Flex and how Flex provides a Family-like atmosphere at the workplace. Adding a dash of romance to the TV interview, Roshadiyantie also revealed that she met her husband at Flex. • Ho Soo San, Head of HR (Johor), shared how Flex provides equal career opportunities, embraces diversity and inclusion, creates a respectful work environment and helps women achieve their dreams.
