The ITC Infotech Europe Sales team recently came together for a two-day offsite at the beautiful De Vere Horsley business retreat, the former home of Ada Lovelace, the English mathematician who laid the foundations of computer science. Anindya Roy, President of Europe, set the stage by challenging the team to think big, make a difference for our clients, and adopt a growth mindset. Day One got off to a strong start with an inspiring session featuring Chemmy Alcott, a four-time Winter Olympian. Her journey of pushing beyond limits resonated with everyone. The day continued with discussions on market trends, our innovative value propositions, and celebrations of key wins. It also included a session with Blazeclan founder Varoon Rajani and his colleague Jerome Coenraets, as we integrate Blazeclan Technologies into the ITC Infotech family. The Sales Hackathon sparked fresh, innovative ideas on how to drive customer value and enhance our processes.
