We are thrilled to partner with Women in Cloud again for the #WICxIndia2024 Executive Edition! This event celebrated India’s vibrant cloud and AI ecosystem and paved the way for women’s advancement in technology and executive leadership. At the event, we shared our insights on “How to Futureproof Against AI”, contributing to the conversation on preparing for the future of technology. Mohan Subrahmanya, Country Head - India, was honored with the Allyship Award for championing inclusive environment and advocating Tech diversity at Insight India. The event concluded with an executive leadership training, curated to inspire and equip aspiring leaders in the tech industry. At Insight, we prioritize the health and well-being of our teammates, embodying our core value of 'Heart' - to foster a supportive environment. As part of this commitment, we recently hosted a webinar on women's health, led by Dr. Sarika Gupta from Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute, focusing on menopause and breast cancer, with special attention to breast cancer, in light of October month's awareness. It was encouraging to see active participation from our teammates, reinforcing the need for proactive health measures.

Last week, our President and CEO, Joyce Mullen, visited India and engaged with teammates in Delhi for an insightful town hall. Her leadership reignited our passion for innovation and growth, sparking enthusiasm. She outlined our shared vision for the future, emphasizing growth and our commitment to becoming the leading Solutions Integrator for our clients. The town hall united our teammates together with even greater passion and dedication. We also honored Emerging Leaders of Insight India, with Joyce Mullen presenting the awards.
At Insight, we support and develop our teammates. Our goal is to promote from within as much as possible, and in 2023, more than 1,000 teammates received promotions. One key to growing our teammates is a robust set of training programs. We offer a total of 113 training workshops for teammates to further their knowledge and develop their personal career. In 2023, 2,398 teammates participated in our training sessions.
