Real estate company Macrotech Developers will invest Rs 3,800 crore in the current financial year on construction of various existing and new projects. The company intends to supply 10,000 new homes by March next year. This information was given by Abhishek Lodha, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Macrotech Developers. Macrotech Developers got listed last year.
Macrotech Developers got listed last year. The company had raised Rs 2,500 crore through an initial public offering (IPO). The company markets its products under the Lodha brand.
Lodha said the company would continue to focus on Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Pune. Macrotech is exploring opportunities in Bengaluru market and a final decision will be taken in the next few months.
