A key part of #Nagarro’s ethos is #CARING for our local communities. In our efforts to make a difference in the community in South Africa, we donated essential educational items to the Randburg Clinic School in Gauteng, Johannesburg, a school designed for learners who are diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder or Severe Behaviour Disorder. The school provides individualized educational programs and therapeutic support to these children. We were thrilled to provide the school with laptops, printers, desktops, and projectors, which will assist students with speech therapy, text to speech, visual aids for yoga, and more! Congratulations to our #Nagarro #AI Racing Team for their excellent showing in the Amazon Web Services Deepracer 2022 China Competition, getting two podium finishes — 1st place in the online race & 3rd place in the offline race! 🤩🏆 The fact that this was their first race in such a category and that they created the installed models into a real car makes this performance so much sweeter! 🏎

Christmas should be free from all worries and troubles, a magical time for everyone. Our colleagues in Poland wanted to make it special for a family in need. The team took part in a famous Polish project called "Szlachetna Paczka." carried out around Christmas every year, which chooses a family and fulfills their greatest needs, most often to buy food, clothing, or footwear. We are delighted that Nagarrians are always willing to step up with their #CARING spirit and help anytime.
