Recent headlines have showcased how PTC technology is helping power NASA’s missions, supporting digital engineering efforts behind some of the world’s most complex and ambitious space exploration programs. But for us, this story is about more than innovation, it’s about impact. At PTC, this is what employees work on every day: software and solutions that help engineers, scientists, and partners like NASA design, test, and operate mission‑critical systems. The kind of work where precision matters, collaboration is essential, and the results quite literally reach new heights. Being part of PTC means contributing to technology that shapes the future, from advancing digital engineering on Earth to enabling what’s possible in space. It’s purpose‑driven work, powered by curious minds, bold ideas, and teams who want their work to matter. This is the #TeamPTC experience. Real missions. Real impact. Global scale.

Over the past two weeks, #TeamPTC came together to host pre‑placement talks with students across leading colleges, introducing them to PTC and our internship program. We shared how our products, technologies, and solutions drive digital transformation and help shape the future of engineering across industries. The response was energizing. 3,500+ students joined the conversations, bringing curiosity, strong engagement, and thoughtful questions. Thank you to everyone who helped bring these sessions to life. We’re excited to welcome the next generation of talent to PTC.
Simon’s journey with PTC started long before he became an employee. During his Bachelor’s and Master’s studies in Industrial Engineering at Hochschule Karlsruhe (HKA), he first worked with Creo CAD in 2014, and later with Vuforia Engine in 2019 as part of his Master’s thesis. Fast forward to April 2021, Simon joined PTC. Nearly five years later, now as a Senior Experience Architect, he helps customers across industries reimagine how they design, build, and service products. His story is a powerful example of what happens when long-standing technical curiosity meets real-world customer challenges, and why here at PTC, Customers Matter isn’t just a value on the wall; it’s how we work every day.
