Our latest product release went live on Thursday, May 6th! We moved 5 new features to general availability (GA) with this release. Here's a quick look at just a couple of them: Messaging for Mobile: In our last release (April 22nd) we officially launched our new Messaging product, and now Messaging has also been added to the Reputation mobile app! Just like in our desktop platform, clients with Messaging enabled will now see an "Inbox" tab in the mobile app's navigation bar where they can filter and respond to their customer conversations. This functionality is being made available in both the iOS and Android versions of our app. Platform Link to Nuvi Listen: After our acquisition of Nuvi a month ago, we've now added our first Nuvi touchpoint in the Reputation platform. Going forward, clients who purchase access to the Nuvi Listen platform will see a "Listening" option under the Social Suite menu in the Reputation platform that links them to Nuvi.
