“All for one and one for all.” This perfectly captures the spirit of Rawan Cement Works, the largest plant in the eastern cluster. More than just a manufacturing plant, our colleagues have cultivated a workplace that thrives as an ecosystem, championing purpose and nurturing character. How? By creating spaces and opportunities that make people come together, celebrate together, and work towards fulfilling aspiration, of people from UltraTech and surrounding community. Our sports center is massive, spanning over 18,000 square meters! It’s open to everyone, from our employees to people from the nearby villages as we love teaching kids how to play sports like football, badminton, and more. We also have the Aarogya Club, which is all about health and wellness. On weekends, people come together for walks or cycle rides. Not just that, we have a lovely outdoor area filled with more than 40 kinds of native plant species, making it a perfect spot to relax. Plus, there’s a community space where we host festivals, fairs, and other events, making sure everyone comes together to celebrate. Our employees and their families actively nurture these ties, engaging with the village community with a deep sense of pride. At Aditya Birla Public School, kids from UltraTech employees and nearby villages learn side by side, which further helps them cultivate inclusivity and shared growth. Through initiatives like distributing sewing machines, they have also supported nearly 100 local women

A strong support system doesn't just lift you up; it gives you the courage and confidence to bring out the champion in you! That’s what KASHIKA KAUR JUNEJA, our hashtag#WeBuildChampion, believes. As a new mom, she shares her experience balancing motherhood and career. “During my pregnancy, I often heard from young mothers, the elders, and neighbours that raising twins today would be difficult, especially while managing family and career both. It is a beautiful feeling, spending time with my kids but I was a little nervous in the beginning. Thankfully, I am surrounded by amazing family and colleagues who helped me adapt to my new schedules and responsibilities. The biggest lesson I've learned is that individually we are nothing but together, we are everything. So, now with more trust and openness, I embrace challenges and knowing that I'm a part of supportive team, further fuels my passion.
