AECOM Graduate Civil Engineer interview questions

Following a basic assessment centre, I was invited via email to a zoom interview. The conversation didn’t include any technical questions, but involved a lot of specific questions about my CV, and focused on getting examples of my soft skills.

The process begins with a screening aptitude test followed by an online prerecorded video interview into an in person interview with a technical director with mostly behavioral questions and minimal technical questions.
