AirAsia Assistant Manager interview questions

I was contacted by HR about a month after submitting my application. There were several delays in communication due to the HR representative being on leave, mc or dealing with personal issues (e.g., car trouble), which led to multiple missed follow-ups. Eventually, I was able to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. The interview itself went well and was a positive experience. However, after the interview, I received no further communication. It has been over two weeks, and I have not received any updates or responses from either HR or the hiring manager, despite following up. Overall, the process felt disorganized and unprofessional, especially considering the lack of closure or feedback after the interview.
