Bechtel Project Engineer interview questions

Interview with three senior staff in the engineering team. One was calling in on Teams. Interviewing for a range of roles for upcoming projects including project controls and project engineer.

The interview process consists of three stages: first, an HR interview to assess cultural fit and general qualifications; second, a technical interview to evaluate expertise; and lastly, a group discussion to test problem-solving and teamwork skills.
