1st Round: HR Phone Screen
2nd: Virtual Interview, 1HR Tech Interview using codeshare, and two senior software engineers.
3rd: Final interview; Two one-hour block interviews one tech and one behavioral.
I normally don't leave a review but this company was just overall unprofessional.
Throughout the whole process, I was the one who reached out to HR to inquire about the application process and waited weeks before each interview. The first tech interview went well, it was with some very engaging engineers who pushed in the right direction, code (determine if a word is a palindrome) Second tech interview halfway through the code I was stuck and the engineer did not seem to care and did not want to help so for the last 30 mins of the interview they were just on their laptop doing whatever while I was stuck. Right after the tech interview, there was the behavioral which made me feel confident that whether I get accepted or rejected they would at least reach out to me and let me know. It's been two months after the final interview and still no response. A little rude in my opinion considering I just graduated college and if this is how the rest of my life is going to be *waste my time interviewing and being Ignored* then I don't know if this is the right field for me. The least they can do is send an automated rejection letter. I rather that, than being left in the dark.
