Convergys Customer Service Agent interview questions

Applied online, received a phone call same day. Short process asking me if I had any experience then invited to an assessment centre. Assessment day took around 3 hours and consisted of a presentation, group task and one on one interview. Process was pretty informal and interviewer put me at ease, making the interview seem more of a conversation. Offered a job same day.

Was called for a phone interview, then scheduled to come in person. Took a typing test and questionnaire about how I would handle different customer service situations. Answered questions about experience and availability.
